Vendor Applications: Arts & Crafts, Food & Beverages

  1. Arts and Crafts: The local organizing committee will judge the entrants. These items must be one hundred percent handcrafted by the artists. Food is not accepted in this category.
    Outside spaces are 12′ x 12′: $150
  2. Non-handcrafted re-sale: Foods like dips/sauces, jewelry, Scentsy, Avon, etc.
    Outside spaces are 12′ x 12′: $185

    3. Business booths: banking, insurance, medical etc.
    Outside spaces are 12′ x 12′: $345

    4. Food and beverage vendors please call 321-323-4460 for more information and booking-in.

    5. Non-profit registered organizations:
    Outside spaces are 12 x 12: $75: Once you have completed the application, we prefer that you send a check for the fee due instead of using a credit card. Please send the check or money order to: Brevard Production Inc. 2230 Sykes Creek Drive, Merritt island, Fl 32953.

All vendors will provide their own tents and or canopies or we can rent one for you. For aesthetics, please use white tents if you are able.
We can arrange for tents, tables, chairs and power access for you if needed. Please check all that you require on the application form with payment.

8’ tables (8’ long x 2.5′ wide x 2.5′ high) are $18 each. Please cover all tables to the floor with white covers if possible.
Folding chairs are $5 each.
Electric access is $25. Please bring at least 100 feet of outdoor rated extension cords to reach the power boxes.
Corner spaces are $50 extra if requested and available.

Only a certain number of vendors will be possible in each category, so please apply today. Your paid application does not guarantee acceptance. Please call 321-323-4460 with any questions. 

Set up of booths is on Friday, Feb 21, 2025 from 9 am – 3 pm and from 7 am – 9 am on Saturday, February 22, 2025, Please have your booth ready for walk-through by 3 pm on Friday Jan. 19.  The gates for the festival will open at 5 pm sharp on Saturday, Feb.21 and we all want to provide a very attractive and professional presentation for our guests, so please come early and be prepared.

Please make sure that your tent is staked and held down sufficiently. We suggest that you take down your tent cover at night and cover your merchandise when we close incase of overnight winds – but that is at your discretion. There will be overnight security but we are not responsible for any loss that you might incur. Please do not stop selling before closing time as late guests want to shop too. Please do not drive in early or late, do not block any driveways or other vendors and be courteous at all times, as we are all going to work together to have a wonderful festival. 

If your application is not accepted, your payment will be returned quickly.

If you cancel prior to January,1, 2025, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel after January 1,2025 you will receive a 100% refund credit for one of our future events. 

All fees are subject to a 7% Florida Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax, which we must collect and pay to the state, so please include that with your payments.

Do’s and Don’ts:

Be courteous and friendly. This festival is at a terrific location and it will be marketed widely to attract the largest possible attendance. We believe that our vendors will do very well but as you know, there are never any guarantees in this business. 

Please do not play any loud music that might bother others. No-wifi is available at this present time. Please collect and remit the Florida State Sales tax of 7% in Brevard County on your applicable sales. Before January 20,2025, please provide us with a certificate of insurance that you are covered with insurance.
